SLAAAD Terms of Service
Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the conditions and procedures for using the digital asset trading platform service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by SLAAAD (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), as well as the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and its Members.
Article 2 (Service Contents)
The Company provides services including Digital Plots trading, an auction system, and payment intermediation.
Article 3 (Payment and Refund Policy)
- Members may use paid services via payment methods provided by the Company, such as Stripe.
- Cancellation of Subscription: Members may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, they will not be billed in the next billing cycle.
- Refunds: Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are generally not possible once the service usage has commenced. However, if the service becomes unavailable due to the Company's fault, a full refund will be provided.
